In this role, you will support project managers and field teams in planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects. Job Details
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, including creating schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop solutions to mitigate delays.
• Support site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.

  Collaborate with the project team to ensure clear communication and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
