Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and developing strong business relationships. Daily tasks include researching market trends, presenting our platform to potential clients, and closing deals to drive company growth.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Business acumen and Account Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to create and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru

6 days working Monday - Saturday (Sunday fixed WO)
