Job Description
Job Summary:
The Legal Manager will provide legal guidance and support to the organization,
ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. This role will
manage legal affairs, mitigate risks, and protect the companys interests.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal Advisory: Provide timely and accurate legal advice to management and
departments.
2. Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts,
agreements, and MOUs.
3. Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards.
4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks, implementing proactive
measures.
5. Litigation Management: Handle disputes, lawsuits, and arbitrations.
6. Policy Development: Create and update company policies and procedures.
7. Regulatory Affairs: Engage with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance.
8. Training and Awareness: Conduct legal training sessions for employees.
9. Budgeting: Manage the legal departments budget.
10. External Counsel Management: Engage with and supervise external lawyers
and law firms.
Requirements:
- LL.B. or J.D. degree from a reputable law school
- 5+ years of experience as a legal professional, preferably in-house
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
