Job Title: Head of Technology Managed Services

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid 3 days in office)

We are looking for a leader who can run a business, not just a tech team.

You will lead our Managed Services vertical 70% technology delivery + 30% business & commercial ownership.

Youll own P&L, client relationships, and a 200+ member engineering team, while driving cloud, automation, and AI-led transformations for global clients.

Current Fixed salary should be 1 Cr+ (excluding performance bonus & variable pay are separate), since its a leadership role, profiles below 1 Cr will not be considered

What Youll Own

70% Technology (Delivery + Innovation)

- End-to-end delivery of managed services cloud, infrastructure, security, app support, observability

- Drive automation, SRE, platform engineering, and AIOps to improve SLAs & reduce toil

- Ensure security & compliance (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR)

- Lead, grow, and mentor 200+ engineers, architects, and SREs

30% Business (P&L + Client + Growth)

- Full P&L ownership margins, utilization, cost optimization

- Be the senior trusted advisor to global clients (CIOs, CTOs, Delivery Heads)

- Run governance QBRs, MBRs, SLA tracking, contract compliance

- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

- Support new deal solutions, pricing, and RFPs

What You Bring to the Table

Must-Haves:

- 20+ years experience (Age below: 55 years) | 8+ years leading technology managed services

- Proven experience running 80100 Cr + P&L

Deep expertise in:

- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)

- Monitoring (Dynatrace, Prometheus, New Relic)

- Automation (Terraform, Ansible, RPA)

- ITIL / SRE practices

- Strong people leader retention, upskilling, performance culture

Good to Have:

- MBA

- Big 4 or large IT services/consulting background

- Certifications ITIL 4, PMP, Cloud Architect, or SRE
