The Role
In this position, you play a crucial role as a Market Analyst , contributing highly insightful research tailored for our Arabic and English-speaking clients and prospects. Your primary goal is to elevate the client experience and support their path to becoming seasoned traders.
Youll also have a specific focus on maintaining regular interactions with regional and global media, as well as engaging with social media platforms. Your role involves providing expert and compelling content to not only enhance our brand but also to increase Pepperstones exposure. Your contributions directly impact our client relationships and contribute to the overall success of Pepperstone.
As our Market Analyst , your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Being recognized as a thought leader within the organization, with a focus on retaining and expanding the Arabic-speaking client base.
• Engaging in periodic TV and radio appearances with regional, and occasionally global, networks to ensure broad exposure.
• Issuing periodic reports to journalists to amplify Pepperstones presence in financial media.
• Collaborating closely with Marketing teams, utilizing content and insights to enhance targeted initiatives.
• Delivering actionable and insightful market and/or trading education content directly to clients, aimed at building a dedicated following among the Arabic-speaking and global client base.
• Crafting compelling written content that generates a measurable impact on client retention and conversion.
• Conducting periodic live events and webinars on markets and products for Pepperstones clients.
• Creating engaging video content for social media, lead generation, and retention.

• Identifying and collaborating with influencers to expand Pepperstones distribution and exposure.
• Producing insightful periodic reports on the teams performance for the broader business.
  

About You

• High motivation and a positive, people-oriented mindset.
• A profound passion for financial markets, which may involve some monitoring outside regular working hours.
• Previous experience in financial markets, financial broadcasting, or statistical analysis.
• Exceptional presentation skills, coupled with the ability to effectively engage with audiences through various media channels.
• Proficiency in front-of-screen and media delivery, demonstrating a strong presence.
• Familiarity with editing software and the capability to produce high-quality digital content.
• Knowledge of marketing and communications KPIs, contributing effectively as a content contributor.
• Possession of relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive collaboration and inclusivity, with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning.
