- As a candidate for this position, you will be a graduate with the ability to effectively communicate in Hindi and English languages. Basic computer skills are necessary, and you should be self-driven with the capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
You are expected to be confident, dynamic, and possess excellent communication skills along with good persuasion and negotiation skills. Being efficient in converting customer interest into sales is crucial, and you should be a team player with the ability to learn quickly, think creatively, and achieve targets.
Your responsibilities will include contacting and qualifying leads to understand their business needs and pain points. Conducting thorough needs assessments, identifying key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, and achieving productivity that meets job standards with speed and accuracy are essential. Meeting and exceeding assigned targets periodically, learning about products and services to explain them to prospects, understanding customer requirements, closing sales, and responding promptly to all internal communications are also part of your role.
