International Voice Customer Support (US Process)
CTC: 3 to7 LPA | Locations: / Bhartiya City / Brookfield / BTM
About the Role:
Assist international customers via voice support, resolving product or service-related issues while ensuring top-notch satisfaction.
Day-to-Day:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for queries and issue resolution
• Provide accurate information and maintain professional communication
• Log every interaction in CRM tools with clarity and accuracy
• Follow standard scripts and meet quality benchmarks
Must-haves:
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
• Willingness to work in night and rotational shifts
• Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers & Experienced welcome)
