International Voice Customer Support ( US Process)
CTC: Up to 3.7 LPA | Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
About the Role:
Provide first-line international voice support to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
Day-to-Day:
- Handle inbound calls and assist users with account/service issues
- Troubleshoot basic queries and escalate unresolved cases as needed
- Maintain accurate logs and follow standard ticketing procedures
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication
Must-haves:
- 6 months1 year experience in International Voice Process (mandatory)
- Excellent spoken English & willingness to work rotational shifts
- Good problem-solving and documentation skills
