Role - Customer Support Executive Travel & Ticketing
Role Overview
We are seeking a diligent, customer-oriented Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling all aspects of travel and ticketing queries and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good grasp of travel & ticketing systems (GDS/CRS), and be able to provide exceptional service to clients/travelers to ensure smooth and efficient travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing portal regarding travel bookings, cancellations, modifications, refunds, etc.
- Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fare rules, baggage policies, visa/entry requirements, and travel advisories.
- Handle escalations and complex customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
