Job Role and Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, baggage, and travel policies
• Provide support through voice, email, or chat process
• Deliver accurate and timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain service quality standards and compliance guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Eligibility Criteria
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Undergraduate or Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply)
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Salary and Benefits
• Salary up to 28,000 take home
• 5 days working (Work from Office)
