Job Description
What role you will play in team:Lead and manage a team of recruiters, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for a variety of clients.
What you will do:You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and manage the performance of a team of recruiters.

Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.
