Hiring Yardi Consultant (with YSR, SQL and ASP.NET) - WFH - INDIA

• 56 years of experience in Yardi technical development, including YSR and SQL Reports.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL/PostgreSQL and ASP.NET.
• Must be a Technical Consultant only

• Experience in Retail module of Yardi
• In-depth knowledge of Yardi standard tables, functions, stored procedures, and validations
• Ability to independently deliver development for new business requirements and enhancements.
• Experience with Yardi Elevate Deal Manager and lease manager with Retail and commercial requirements
• Experience in business requirement gathering, preparing specifications, and proposing technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi data migration and related templates.
• Design and development of custom reports using Yardi reporting tools such as YSR and SQL Reports.
• Experience with Yardi email templates and notifications in Yardi Voyager and Yardi Elevate.

• Core product development experience for Bank Book, transaction screens, and related tables.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Coordinate with Yardi support teams to resolve system issues.
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in ETL configuration and data uploads.
• Expertise in debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.
• Integration experience with Yardi and Oracle (EBS/Fusion) as well as Salesforce.
