Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Consultant to join our team and deliver training and development solutions for our SME clients. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and advising on HR strategies that focus on nurturing talent and enhancing organizational performance within small and medium-sized enterprises. The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities present in the SME sector and be capable of offering tailored HR solutions that promote growth, elevate employee performance, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
    Your key responsibilities will involve:
    Client Consultation: Collaborating closely with SME clients to comprehend their business requirements, culture, and objectives, and offering HR consulting services to address training and development gaps and obstacles.
    Needs Analysis: Conducting comprehensive assessments of organizational needs, pinpointing skill gaps, opportunities for talent development, and areas for process enhancement in training and development.
    HR Strategy Development: Providing guidance on the formulation and execution of HR policies, performance management frameworks, and employee engagement strategies that are customized to meet the requirements of SME clients.
    Coaching and Mentoring: Extending one-on-one coaching or mentoring to key employees and leadership teams to bolster personal and professional growth and enhance management capabilities.
    Employee Engagement: Assisting SMEs in enhancing employee retention, satisfaction, and motivation by introducing best practices for employee engagement and career development.
    Performance Evaluation: Implementing assessment tools, feedback surveys, and KPIs to monitor the success of training programs and ensure alignment with the company's overarching business objectives.
    Ongoing Support: Furnishing post-training support to sustain training outcomes and offering continuous guidance on HR-related matters.
    Continuous Learning: Keeping abreast of the latest trends in HR and training & development and sharing best practices with clients to ensure they remain competitive and engaged with modern HR strategies.
    Requirements:
    Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) and training & development certifications are highly desirable.
    Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR consultancy, with at least 2 years in training & development, preferably within the SME sector.
    Skills required:
    In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, encompassing training, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.
    Experience in designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs for SMEs.
    Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and uphold robust relationships.
    Strategic thinking abilities and the capacity to provide pragmatic HR solutions aligned with business goals.
    Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
    Proficiency in HR software, tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual training platforms.

    Personal Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, solution-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving capabilities.
    Location: Nashik, with travel required for client visits in Ambad, Satpur, and other client locations.
    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) and training & development certifications are highly desirable.
    Salary: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000/- (depending on the candidate's experience)
    Note: Immediate joiners preferred.
