Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, with a special focus on recruitment. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic initiatives within the organization. Your role will involve maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by coordinating, planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring of qualified individuals.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their HR needs and provide guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts, employee handbooks, and company policies.
