We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to head our Travel & Tourism sales operations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team, achieving sales targets, developing strategies to increase revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the travel sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Promote and oversee sales of holiday packages, tours, flights, hotels, and visa services.

Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Negotiate with suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) for competitive deals.
