Join the Institutional Investment Solutions (IIS) team and help deliver Outsourced Chief Investment Officer(OCIO) solutions to endowments, foundations, family offices and retirement plans. Leverage your analytical and technical skills to drive data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and automation initiatives. As an Associate in the Institutional Investment Solutions Product Support team, you play a critical role in supporting the platform through data analytics, reporting, and automation. You leverage analytical tools and reporting platforms to generate business insights and improve operational efficiency across client, prospect, and internal activities. You transform complex data into actionable intelligence, supporting strategic decisions and enhancing business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze business, sales, and client-related data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Conduct client and prospect analytics, portfolio reviews, and business intelligence assessments using internal and external platforms / tools.
- Support data-driven research initiatives to identify growth opportunities and business trends across the IIS platform.
- Monitor key performance indicators and develop insights that help improve business outcomes and client engagement.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards / reporting tools to support business stakeholders.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc business reports for senior leadership, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Support third-party reporting requirements and analysis utilizing external data sources.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiencies and create reusable workflows, templates, and reporting solutions that improve consistency and scalability across the team.
- Partner with business stakeholders to streamline data collection, reporting, and operational processes and support the maintenance and enhancement of digital tools, workflow platforms, and analytics solutions.
- Assist with the development and implementation of product workflows and technology-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting capabilities, data accessibility, and user experience.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelors degree in finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, consulting, or data management functions.
- Strong proficiency inPythonfor data analysis, scripting, and automation.
- Experience working with Tableau or other visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across regions and time zones.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Familiarity withlarge language models (LLMs)and their application to business and analytics workflows.
- Exposure to institutional investment products, asset management, or OCIO/investment solutions.
