As a Presentation Specialist within Custody Operations Breaks Management and Oversight, you will design and deliver high-quality presentations that support business development and operational excellence. You will leverage your deep understanding of custody operations to create accurate, impactful content for internal and client-facing needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance communication across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and enhance presentations tailored to business and client requirements
- Leverage custody operations expertise to ensure content accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and synthesize information
- Support business development and client meetings with impactful materials
- Conduct peer reviews and recommend process improvements
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing business needs and shifts
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Diagnose and resolve operational or technical issues
- Prepare management summaries highlighting key risks and controls
- Track and monitor action plans to closure
- Assist in developing and enhancing control self-assessments
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Hold a bachelors degree, ideally in a business discipline
- Demonstrate 7 years of experience in Financial Services, especially custody asset servicing
- Exhibit strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (VLOOKUP)
- Communicate clearly in both oral and written forms
- Apply analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive change

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Possess experience in custody, investment banking, or fund services
- Display expertise in SOTF tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, AI, or ML
- Work effectively on multi-stream programs
- Interact confidently with management, clients, and colleagues
- Think strategically while executing practical solutions
- Develop and present control-related action plans
- Collaborate with process leads and business partners across locations
