As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking team, you will lead wire transfer product initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to align with business goals. You will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead wire transfer product initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, engineering, architecture, customer experience, and cross-functional teams to align with business goals and timelines.
- Conduct discovery and market research to identify customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Manage and develop the product backlog using JIRA to support strategic goals and customer needs.
- Define and deliver the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and processes.
- Collaborate with other product owners to define clear requirements and well-documented acceptance criteria.
- Guide the adoption of customer-facing products, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in digital product management, technology project management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven track record in leading product life cycle activities like discovery, ideation, and strategic development.
- Extensive experience in conducting regular client discovery sessions.
- Demonstrated experience in working within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Technical expertise in complex architecture, system diagrams, and impact analysis.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with digital payments, especially wire transfers or cross-border payments, is preferred.
