Job Summary
As a Trade Lifecycle Lead within JPMorganChase, you will manage pre- and post-trading operations across all asset classes. You will oversee cash movements, prepare funding for managed demand deposit accounts, and coordinate with business lines for proper funding. You will leverage your expertise to identify trends, implement solutions, and ensure seamless trade processing.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee funding preparation for managed demand deposit accounts
- Ensure proper allocation of wires to client and funding accounts
- Lead reconciliation of ledgers using advanced systems and tools
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with business lines to facilitate accurate funding
- Drive strategic projects with Product, Tech, and Change partners
- Spearhead process optimization to reduce manual touch points
- Utilize automation tools such as UI Path, Owl DQ, and Alteryx
- Impart knowledge of innovative tools to operations teams
- Influence strategic decisions to improve operational efficiency
- Manage change adoption and lead project implementation
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in trade lifecycle operations
- Oversee cash movements and funding for demand deposit accounts
- Apply expertise in automation technologies for operational optimization
- Lead complex projects and drive change management initiatives
- Influence strategic decisions to mitigate risks
