Operational Risk Manager

What role you will play in team: You will be a crucial member of our operational risk team, identifying, assessing and mitigating operational risks across various business units.

What you will do: Your responsibilities will involve developing and implementing risk management frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with business units to enhance operational resilience.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain operational risk framework, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify control gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor key risk indicators and report on operational risk trends.
• Collaborate with business units to develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
• 
  Support regulatory compliance and internal audits.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across different departments.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational risk management within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of operational risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
