Working here means joining a collaborative, supportive team. We want your diverse perspective to help us develop the next wave of products and solutions for our clients. We’ll provide everything you need to be successful – from training and mentorship from senior leaders to projects that engage all your skills.

Community Development Banking (CDB): Provides financial solutions that support the growth of affordable housing and revitalization of low-and moderate-income communities across the U.S. working alongside CDB Bankers, Underwriters, and Treasury Services Payments partners.

What you can expect

Our 2025 CDB Analyst program will provide you with a valuable experience in Commercial Real Estate as well as knowledge of Commercial Banking as a whole. The program is 2.5 years in duration and is rotation based, offering Analysts experience in various Lines of Business within CDB including: Community Development Banking Real Estate, Historic Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits, Treasury Services, and Intermediaries Lending. Analysts will receive targeted training with exposure to both Credit Risk and Banking/Originations.

The program, which starts June 2025, provides CDB Analysts with the ability to develop a strong foundation of analytical skills across a range of asset classes needed for a successful career in Commercial Real Estate. You’ll work with real estate professionals on a team, drawing from the full spectrum of the firms resources to develop customized financial solutions to meet client needs.

You’ll begin the program with an intensive training program where you will learn about our products and services, clients and business practices. Under the leadership of our lending and training professionals, you will gain in-depth knowledge of accounting, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, underwriting, financial statement analysis, pro-forma modeling, risk grading, cash flow analysis, and credit structuring.
