Global Finance & Business Management (“GF&BM”) India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan’s global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm’s Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm’s capital.
GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main “pillars” of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

The current opening is within Sales support in Mumbai which forms part of the AWM LOB within GF&BM India.
Team Description:
Sales Support function is an integral part of the Asset Management Distribution group. The analyst will be responsible to provide a fully integrated center of relationship intelligence, connecting all touch points across the client lifecycle - to help drive sales performance and deliver a purposeful client experience.
The India Sales Support team works closely with client advisors, financial advisors, relationship managers and global sales support teams to help facilitate the process. The role also requires coordinating with various internal teams (Client Service, Marketing, Product, Finance, MIS/Business Intelligence and Technology) to be able to provide holistic coverage across the cycle
Responsibilities:
We are looking for candidate to join our Institutional and Funds Sales Support Team. The individual will provide support for all facets of the sales, business development, relationship management and retention process:
- Research trends within the distribution channel universe; staying well-informed of industry developments, regulatory changes and the implications for clients’ portfolios
- Assist with the preparation of material for strategy meets / business reviews / sales conferences
- Understand current and new client relationships, their asset allocation preferences and assist in client review presentations
- Coordinate and oversee key client Fund Panel/ Manager / Consultant Reviews
- Create and manage presentations for sales pitches across JPMAMs investment platforms
- Coordinate the Request for Proposal process covering breadth of investment and solutions platforms
- Partner with marketing teams on new product launch initiatives, client events and market research communications
- Respond to client requests and manage client communications efforts
- Oversee the coordination of key client meetings / events with clients and with JPM Investment Professionals attending relevant client meetings/conference and follow ups
- On-boarding and oversight of new clients through the relevant due diligence and AML processes, monitor client reporting schedules
- Maintenance of client /internal information in CRM tool, various databases, systems
- Standard Reporting and Ad hoc support responsibilities across the business channels and management
- Gain an understanding of the sales process to better align requirements to the changing business scenarios
- Support of sales and marketing sales strategy delivery
- Supporting the Marketing head including but not limited to:
- Event management including, invitation and RSVP management
- Co-ordination of content and production of various marketing materials
- Co-ordination and posting of social media updates
Qualifications:
- MBA/CFA with relevant industry experience and knowledge of sales process.
- Strong Quantitative and analytical skillsets (including data analysis and ability to understand data flows)
- Understanding of Asset Management business (Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Managed Accounts, and/or Separate Accounts) preferable

- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office product suite (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) required
- Experience working with an industry recognized CRM platform (Salesforce) and data mining tools (Python, SQL, BO, etc.) is a plus

- Ability to build relationships across global teams
