AWM- Automation Testing Expert -Vice President

The Automation Test Expert will be a part of the
Testing Center of Excellence based at Asset & Wealth Management Operations, India. It is important that the person has the aptitude and capability to systematically test application functionality, as part of the development /test cycle, and in preparation for the go-live phase of each development and also record the results correctly while maintaining good communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large team of manual & automation testers.


• Lead Testing projects within AWM Testing COE.


• Manage end to end Testing cycle and automate the Test cases, Test design and the other manual processes


• In parallel with testing responsibilities, the candidate will be required to assist in the delivery of monthly/quarterly reporting on the testing results.


• Test automation using available Testing tools

Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in Agile, Project Management, Scrum, Testing & Test Automation


• Experience of Vendor Management will be a plus


• Strong problem solving and good analytical skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to interact with databases


• Track record of successful project completion working in a team


• Ability to multi-task and test different applications relating to a release


• Good time management skills and the ability to work on tight deadlines


• Automate Regression and Functional Test cases.


• Collaborate closely with technology & Product in BDD implementation & Test management.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Must have expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, Java


• Good to have API Testing, Cypress & UiPath


• Must have good knowledge of BDD / TDD - Behavior Driven Development/ Test Driven Development


• API Test automation will be a plus


• Good to have knowledge of Test tools like Conformiq
