About the AWM Change Mobilization:
The AWM Ops Change Mobilization team partners with Operations, Technology and Business leadership to take the best of what we do, within and across LOBs, and drive deliberate cross-pollination across AWM Operations teams, promoting global process consistency and standards. We focus on evolving the organization’s capabilities to move from lower to higher-value added tasks, and creating agile processes, teams and infrastructure that enable differentiated client experiences and outcomes. We follow a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to identify opportunities and employ co-design principles to create effective, scalable, well controlled solutions. Those solutions seek to differentially equip our people and support their development as Operations professionals of the future. We serve the broader organization and maintain a service-oriented attitude in all that we do.
Summary and Responsibilities of Role:
Business Process and Decision Management (BPDM) COE is focused on establishing and rolling out process and decision modelling and automation capabilities for Asset and Wealth Management. In addition to establishing these capabilities, the COE also drives value through implementation of high value initiatives that focus on the automation of business processes and decisions. As we scale up the capability within AWM Ops, we are looking for a delivery specialist who will be responsible for:
- Process Modeling – Strong exposure to Process Modeling suites with BPMN integration like ARIS, Signavio, Appian etc. Expertise required in modeling business or enterprise architecture, process decomposition strategies with a L0-L5 approach
- Decision Management – Strong orientation on business rules architecture, rules engineering, exposure to rules engines in Banking and Capital markets. Added edge if the incumbent possesses knowledge of DMN notations, tools like Sapience TDM, Signavio BDM, OpenRules etc.
- Stakeholder and Partner Relationship: Serving as a go-to trusted business partner primarily for the BPDM leadership as well as a single threaded owner leading a few business priorities
- Program Management: Driving strategy, alignment and prioritization across the BPDM discipline, identifying and structuring high priority programs by working with various stakeholders , managing communications, overseeing milestones, timelines and leading cross-functional groups to synthesize feedback and deliver on objectives. Establishing a regular cadence with the BPDM teams to track, communicate and drive towards set program goals and KPIs.
- Organizational Planning: Collaborating with the BPDM leadership in the annual business planning, headcount management, key organizational metrics and other operational projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing oversight and coordination on projects by, extending support to the practice leads
- Engaging senior stakeholders and reporting on the state and performance of the initiatives
- Acting as a single point of contact for management, highlighting the state, performance, issues arising from all the initiatives
- Driving day-to-day business management activities, such as budget and onsite planning, tracking and reporting on team OKRs / KPIs, coordination and execution of governance meetings, team meetings and events to supporting ad-hoc projects and leading own priority themes
- Performing regular health checks of the initiatives and projects within JIRA to ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Collaborating with the practice leads to manage the overall portfolio, including milestone planning, resource allocation and associated reporting
- Partnering with business stakeholders to lead reviews of significant initiatives, projects and programs using surveys and interviews to foster a spirit of continuous improvement
- Developing a variety of transformation-related communications aligned to the priorities and strategic goals of our function incl. newsletters, success story articles, a variety of engagement formats and ad-hoc comms for senior management
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of combined years of experience in IT and/or the financial services banking industry
- 3 – 5 years of diverse roles and increasing responsibility across projects and programs
- Experience in Change Management and managing agile projects and groups
- Experience managing digital transformation and customer experience initiatives
- Experience in process improvement and process re-engineering frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma. Yellow Belt or higher is a plus
- Ability to hold and independently drive stakeholder and working group conversations on projects

- Technical background in workflow automation, application development is recommended, however, not mandatory
- Consulting or working experience within capital markets and financial services domain will be a plus
- Must be willing to learn process, decision management and other process engineering tools and methods, which will enable better oversight and management of the initiatives
