CCB Risk- Wealth Management Reporting And Analytics - Associate

Role Outline

The JPMorgan Wealth Management Risk Strategy and Execution team provides dedicated support to JPMorgan Wealth Management (JPMWM). The JPMWM Risk Management Strategy & Reporting Team will be responsible for supporting the JPMWM Risk Leadership, and other functional partners to identify, measure, and evaluate the primary risks to the business, including, but not limited to, Investment, Fiduciary, Credit, Operational and Client Risk through the development, maintenance, and evaluation of JPMWM Risk Reporting.

Review and collate metrics and macroeconomic data to deduce data trends and derive meaningful insights on the JPMWM clients, products, and services.

Analyze current business models / practices and develop innovate solutions.

Effectively communicate key messages and simplify complex business situations.

Key responsibilities

1. Building the ‘next generation’ suite of MIS risk reporting
2. Executing the end to end reporting and data standards resulting from the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) principles
3. Developing robust data and reporting tools for senior management
   
4. Identify and automate production routines to improve efficiency
5. Create and maintain user acceptance test/business scenarios for new or modified reports for all CCB lines of businesses (LOBs)
6. Work with Onshore, India Lead, Technology, and LOB Report Owners to analyze and resolve defects
7. Work with technology to modify Cognos/Tableau reports
8. Perform data reconciliation and analyze impact to the business based on the results
9. Understand CCB lines of businesses and derive reporting requirement for them
10. Implement Agile methodology and facilitate sprints

Knowledge and Skills Sets:

1. Required at least 4-6 years of experience in Reporting and Analytics.
2. Must demonstrated experience on SQL, Tableau, Excel and Power point

3. Must have experience working in the Wealth Management business
4. Good to have experience on SAS, Alteryx, Python
5. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
7. Self-starter, ability to multitask and work effective under pressure and stress
8. Adaptable, quick learner, flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment
9. Developed problem solving techniques and solutions oriented
