Global Finance & Business Management (“GF&BM”) India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan’s global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm’s Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm’s capital.
GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main “pillars” of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

About the Team

Treasury is a function within the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Finance organization that supports senior leadership in actively managing their balance sheet, Capital and Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), Liquidity, Asset & Liability Management (ALM) which includes Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), and Interest Rate Risk (IRR), across the respective lines of business. The CCB Treasury Controllers team is responsible for ensuring the overall integrity and validity of Treasury financials and controls, communicating CCB views of monthly and quarterly forecasts and actuals, annual budget/mid-year reporting and stress testing (CCAR/ICAAP/Risk Appetite). It is a unique and critical mix of reporting, analytics and project management in an ever-changing regulatory environment
Working in CCB Treasury Controllers will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work in an area of the Firm that covers the spectrum of asset classes & financial/banking products. The position offers visibility into various products across the bank as well as the unique opportunity to understand firm initiatives from a broad perspective. There is extensive partnership with colleagues within the various lines of businesses and Corporate functions.

- Managing Capital allocation & reporting for all CCB lines of business including daily, monthly actuals and quarter end close

- Establish robust connectivity with US partners and be a key contributor towards over OKRs and value add to the function
- Promoting a robust control environment and maintaining well-controlled reporting processes
- Acting as liaison with lines of business (LOB) Controllers, P&A, Treasury/CIO, CCB Treasury Analytics, Capital & Liquidity Management and CFO groups on liquidity policy and stress framework changes in addition to broader firmwide and senior management deliverables
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidates possesses Regulatory reporting experience, any of the below.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other technical field
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a related finance or treasury function
- Self-starting leader with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, able to work well in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with a track record of execution against deliverables
- Strong judgment, professional maturity, proactive, has the confidence to challenge the status quo and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
Shift Timing:
- 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm (IST)
