The Office of the CFO (OCFO) Training team is part of the Corporate Functions team under firmwide HR Learning and Talent Solutions organization. The OCFO Training team works closely with the different lines of business and corporate teams within Global Finance & Business Management (GFBM), CAO, Treasury /Chief Investment Office and Control Management to identify, design and deliver appropriate learning solutions to its employees and other workforce members globally.
The Office of the CFO Training Team in India is responsible for supporting the learning and development needs for 3000 employees in Global Finance & Business Management India. The team handles various facets of learning and development agenda encompassing activities like formulating training programs and strategies, training need identification, feedback and training metrics, working with internal trainers and external vendors for training delivery, structuring training programs for various levels within the organization and liaise closely with the various businesses and functional groups for their training requirements.
This position will report into the VP- Learning Manager in India and the primary responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with different lines of business to address generic training needs for specific population or bespoke training needs aligned to specific business goals. Design and deliver trainings to support the business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with program managers, business leads, HRBAs and other colleagues across the team and the function to design, develop, program manage and deploy training curriculum for the GFBM Analyst Program in India and on any other newer analyst training programs introduced for GF&BM. The GF&BM Analyst Program is an entry level talent development program in India and runs across 2 locations to support the upskilling of ~450 campus hire analysts along a 33 month training roadmap. This role will have responsibility for execution of the analyst training curriculum and provide inputs into the design and development across induction and continuing education.
- Facilitating training sessions on the new hire inductions, analyst program curriculum, professional skills training rollouts across OCFO globally, as may be required
- Own the execution of the new hire orientation program, GF&BM Handshake for the groups in India. Partner with the HRBA's to execute on Jumpstart, a bootcamp for new managers.
- Stay current with the latest market training innovations / product offerings and be consultative by suggesting innovative training solutions
- Compose and distribute executive summaries to business sponsors, HR partners etc. for the training book of work supported
- Participate in regional learning and talent related initiatives/workgroups and work closely with business sponsors, HR partners and Talent team on design and implementation - e.g. - Business OKR workstreams, Corporate Center wide initiatives, global OCFO Learning projects etc. as may be required.
Work with vendors for training requirements, negotiating commercials and liaise with legal and compliance teams for vendor agreements and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
6-8 years of relevant HR, learning and development, program management/project management experience. Knowledge of financial industry and prior experience with learning and development will be an advantage. Experience in designing training program content /curriculums and training program facilitation are preferred.

Self-Starter: ability to effectively prioritize, determine key needs and execute tasks independently, exercise discretion and sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately, ability to troubleshoot, strategize and implement process changes, strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through.
Relationship Management Skills : Strong relationship management skills, ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and stakeholders, strong interest in working with and developing talent
Flexibility: Flexibility in work hours as required by training programs, ability to travel across locations (travel up to 15% when training programs have resumed in-person). Must be comfortable with changing and competing priorities and be able to deliver across multiple projects and demands
