Job Description
- Overall 15+ years experience in the IT industry. Should have atleast 5+ years in handling production support on any of the products
- Should be proficient in managing the product support team globally
- Should have capabilities to strategize in expanding the product support team to multiple products
- Basic exposure on support control and risk initiatives
- Should be able to manage monthly release exercise post release
- Support adhoc audit requests and additional projects on top of existing projects
- Should have very strong in communication skills. And also release management experience
- Self-starter with the ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environment
- Good to have project management skills, and ability to collaborate with multiple points of contact in order to achieve results
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to drive and reach agreement with partners
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools with particular skill with Excel, PowerPoint and VISIO
- Proficiency with jira & confluence

- Assists in managing and prioritizing backlogs, collaborating and representing Business Stakeholders in developing impactful product features.
- Facilitate and encourage the necessary conversations between the Business, Leadership, and Technology to determine the what and the how of the product features.
- Partners with technology teams and product owners along with testers for successful delivery technical delivery.
- If needed, Develops and writes user stories that align to the product features, ensuring that user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and are updated in the system.
- Develop partnership relationships with other technical and operational teams and maintain working rapport with others, leveraging these relationships to meet common project milestone/goal.
- Meets with compliance, policy, and process teams to ensure project documentation is communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
