What to expect:

As Scrum Master, you will coach and facilitate product teams and product owners to foster a culture of continuous improvement by removing impediments and implementing Agile across the board. You will help the team by providing effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership and communication skills. As Scrum Master, you will be expected to drive velocity improvements and lower overall defect density while promoting more frequent deployments.

What the role involves:

• Increase the effectiveness of Agile practices in a product team through leveraging knowledge of coaching techniques and use of Agile tools



• Work with scrum teams to deliver business outcomes applying Agile methodology


• Work with product teams, managers, and engineering leads across the organization to enhance the understanding and value of Agile, especially with regards to ensuring prioritization of workflow and updating the product backlog


• Support product teams with relevant Agile tools and methodologies to successfully deliver complex Products


• Guide the team to self-organization and cross functionality through the use of Agile practices such as daily standups, IPMS, Retros, etc.


• Leverage Jira Align reporting for consistency across multiple scrum teams


• Build a trusting, safe and transparent environment for both scrum teams and stakeholders, where problems can be raised during appropriate scrum events, without fear of blame, and with a culture of continuous improvement

• Knowledge of industry-wide technology strategies


• Ability to leverage capabilities across the firm to solve local problems
