VP - Infrastructure Development- AWS, Cloud

As an experienced Infrastructure Development professional, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your hands-on knowledge in system design, application development, testing and operational stability will help your team deliver high quality products. You'll be instrumental in solving more difficult technical issues, developing integration elements, building data models, APIs, and open 3rd-party SDKs. You'll see your ideas come to life as part of a small, success-driven team. Your quest to embracing leading-edge technologies and methodologies inspires your team to follow suit. Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience


• 7+ years of software development experience with proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Go etc.


• Advanced experience with one or more cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, Google - with architecting, developing & maintaining cloud solutions


• Experience with the serverless approaches like AWS Lambda, container-based solutions such as Docker/Kubernetes, Amazon EKS


• Experience in system and software security and entitlements (SSO, windows, Kerberos, LDAP, Windows AD)


• Expertise across SDLC and associated techniques such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency and Security software development


• Experience with Agile frameworks & DevOps Practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems / infrastructure for large-scale programs
  


• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture


• Experience working across large infrastructure environments and distributed across multiple data centers


• Experience in end-to-end systems automation and orchestration


• Experience in Systems and Application monitoring systems and instrumentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Works as a team lead or technical lead or technical coach to members of a team developing software solutions


• Ability to handle more advanced technical problems and create solutions that solve business problems


• Independently solves technical issues and able to collaborate and contribute ideas


• Integrates enterprise components (e.g., reference data, security, messaging) to build larger systems


• Fully analyzes problems, design, develop and test the code


• Collaborates with multiple teams including engineering, development and operations teams


• Provides balanced decisions in technical design and architecture
