The current opening is within Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust (ILIT) team in Mumbai which forms part of the Trust and Estate group within Wealth Management India Solutions.

Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust
The ILIT team is responsible for review and maintenance of insurance policies held in trust accounts. This includes communication with various insurance providers via phones, emails and faxes. Processing of payments, timely review of policies for appropriate action and timely follow up on various deliverables.

About the Role

ILIT team is seeking a Full-Time Analyst to join the team in India. The Analyst will work with the team on insurance policies held within trust liasing with trust officers and front office for the smooth administration of the policies. The Analyst role requires strong time management and communication skills, as well as attention to detail, as we seek to deliver high quality, timely insights to our clients through a team-based approach. The Analyst role requires the candidate to demonstrate strong verbal, written communication skills, be competent at multi-tasking, comfortable working at a moderate to fast pace and keen to grow in the role.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for performing Calls to insurance providers, Processing Payments, Processing transactions, Timely review of policies, Creating MIS etc.
  


• Knowledge of MS Office is a MUST


• The role will need liaison with Global Business Partners and Insurance companies for timely resolution of exceptions


• Able to meet service level standards for timeliness and accuracy.

• Must clearly understand implications of processing transactions inaccurately


• Should be able to multi-tasks between activities


• Must have eye for details


• Should have an innovative mindset and should be able to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduates with 2-4 years experience in Insurance and Finance industry. Knowledge of trust and estate will be an added advantage.


• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills


• Understands Risk and Controls related to process and is able to effectively manage it.


• Complies with service level standards for timeliness and accuracy.
