As a Product Manager in Card Authorizations team, you will play a multifaceted role in driving end-to-end execution for the product's vision and prioritized roadmap agenda while architecting business solutions and analyzing business requirements that align with strategic objectives. You will partner with product, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of roadmap items and the integration of business architecture principles.
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
- Architect business solutions that align with strategic objectives and integrate product development with business goals.
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify and document requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with Product, Technology, Data, and Business partners, and communicate effectively with engineering leads and technical directors.
- Maintain deep knowledge of product vision, strategy, roadmap, and technical and operational aspects.
- Develop and maintain business architecture and capability models that reflect product strategies and goals.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure technology solutions align with business needs and capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, drive consensus, and analyze business needs.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the organization competitive.
- Enforce Jira standards, monitor Jira hygiene, and track both IT and non-IT work.
- Support the Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement, managing dependencies, and ensuring effective release management and communication.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Architect, Business Analyst, or in a similar role, with 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technology, with experience in banking and payments domain.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed business analysis and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm.

- Experience with business modeling tools, methodologies, and business analysis techniques.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, with expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well as expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines.
- Strong understanding of firmwide risk and controls, and global and line of business project and program management standards and methods.
- Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution, with a strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods.
- Open to change, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
