As an Associate Program Manager in Customer Identity and Authentication team , you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and enhancement of secure, user-friendly authentication solutions for our digital banking platforms. You will collaborate with product, technology, risk, and operations teams to help ensure our customers have a seamless and safe experience accessing their accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to customer identity and authentication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product managers, engineers, designers, and risk partners-to deliver secure and user-centric authentication features.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful and timely releases.
- Help document requirements, process flows, and best practices for identity and authentication solutions.
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and user feedback sessions to help improve product performance and customer experience.
- Monitor key metrics and support reporting on product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

- Contribute to risk, compliance, and regulatory documentation as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in digital identity and authentication.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 1+ years of experience or relevant internship in program management, project management, product management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital identity, authentication, or security concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience working in financial services, technology, or a regulated industry.
- Exposure to agile project management methodologies.
- Interest in digital security, customer experience, or technology innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
