JP Morgan Chase - Technical Product Manager - Streaming Platform

- As a Technical Product Manager in the Streaming Data Platform team, you will drive the strategy, development, and growth of a platform that powers real-time data ingestion, processing, and analytics. You will collaborate with engineering, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver impactful solutions that empower our teams and customers.
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborates with engineering, architecture, and business teams to gather requirements and prioritize features
- Identifies customer needs and pain points through research and feedback, translating insights into business cases for new features
- Acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding platform capabilities and roadmap
- Resolves stakeholder issues by providing timely support and ensuring effective communication
- Translates business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
- Oversees the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
- Ensures the platform meets security, compliance, and reliability standards

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Strong understanding of streaming data technologies such as Apache Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, AWS Kinesis, or Azure Event Hubs
- Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, and modern data architectures
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and vice versa
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Five years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Proficient knowledge of product development in streaming and real-time platforms
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Exposure to cloud technologies

Base Pay/Salary:
Seattle,WA $122,550.00 - $201,000.00 / year
