JRD Systems - Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support data-driven initiatives focused on supply chain intelligence and process automation. This role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, Data Science, UX, and Development teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements related to supply chain data integration and workflow automation.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on objectives and refine business needs.

- Develop clear and concise functional specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Model current and future business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, particularly in human-in-the-loop scenarios.

- Maintain meticulous, well-structured documentation using Confluence and ensure all project materials are up to date.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical deliverables.

- Define and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development and validation of solutions against business needs.

Technology Proficiency:

- Microsoft Planner for task management and project tracking.

- Confluence for collaborative documentation.

- Git for version control and collaborative updates to project materials.

- Jira experience for workflow and issue tracking (preferred but not required).

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects; experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and recommend actionable solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in requirements gathering techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.

- Highly organized with a strong commitment to thorough documentation and due diligence.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques is a plus
