Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Start conversations with potential students, understand their career aspirations, and offer personalised advice on how our programs can help them succeed in the tech industry.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects goals and align them with our offerings to ensure a strong fit.
  • Follow-up and Nurturing: Regularly follow up with potential clients, maintain engagement, and highlight the unique value we can offer in their career journey.
  • Sales Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our program offerings and continuously improve your knowledge to provide expert guidance to prospective students.
Requirements
  • Experience: Fresher & Experience with an interest in sales or business development.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in any stream. Preferred: B. Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, M. Tech.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills, focused on relationship-building.

  • Passion for sales and achieving targets
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of LeadSquared (LSQ) CRM or other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience in K12+ EdTech Sales or the education domain.
  • Familiarity with tech products and services.
