Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Law Graduate (LLB) to assist in managing the compliance portal and supporting corporate legal functions. The role provides exposure to compliance management, coordination with stakeholders, and drafting and reviewing corporate legal documents. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop strong communication and interpersonal skills while gaining practical corporate legal experience.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and updating the compliance portal and related records
- Coordinating with teams, consultants, and authorities for compliance requirements
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining corporate legal documents
- Supporting day-to-day legal and compliance activities
Preferred candidate profile

- LLB Graduate / Fresher/Candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience, specifically in compliance
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Strong understanding of corporate/compliance law with the ability to interpret and explain compliance/legal requirements to others
