Finance Accounting Manager

JSW Sports Pvt. Ltd is looking for an Assistant Manager/ Manager - Finance and Accounts to join their team in Mumbai.

Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager Finance & Accounts

Experience: 56 Years

Qualification: CA Inter (Completed) or CA Fresher

Software Expertise: Tally Prime / ERP 9 (Expert Level)

:

1. Core Accounting & Finalization

• Bookkeeping: Supervise and maintain daily accounting entries including Sales, Purchases, Receipts, and Payments in Tally.
• 
  General Ledger Management: Ensure accurate ledger classification and periodic cleanup of suspense/control accounts.
• Month-end Closing: Lead the month-end closing process, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.
• Financial Finalization: Preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss accounts, and Cash Flow statements on annual basis.

2. Statutory Compliance & Taxation

• GST: End-to-end management of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B filing. Perform monthly reconciliations between GSTR-2B and Books (Input Tax Credit).
• Income Tax: Timely calculation and payment of Advance Tax. Filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and coordinating Tax Audits.
• TDS/TCS: Ensure accurate deduction of TDS/TCS on payments, timely deposit with the government, and filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q).
• Statutory/Internal Audits: coordinating with external/internal auditors; prepare audit schedules and resolve queries.

3. MIS & Reporting

• Management Reporting: Present monthly MIS reports to the leadership team (Budget vs. Actuals and Variance Analysis).
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily liquidity, fund requirements, and bank reconciliations (BRS).

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced Excel
• Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS) and current Tax Laws.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle tax authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
