• 
  Lead CSR Fundraising for Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS), with responsibilities including:
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of CSR leads for IIS programs.
• Proactively engage new corporate funders by creating customized proposals, making pitches, and securing partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with program teams, the finance department, and the technical director to develop tailored proposals aligned with partnership opportunities.
• Ensure annual CSR fundraising targets are successfully achieved.
• Manage CSR Donor Relations:
• Implement a structured reporting framework for CSR donors, including audit reports, newsletters (developed by the media team), video reports, and regular updates.
• Leverage donor media assets to increase awareness of IIS and the Olympic movement.
• Act as the single point of contact for all donors and coordinate timely payments with the finance team.

Skills Required:

Get Hired
• Proven track record in CSR fundraising.
• Passion for sports, particularly Olympic sports.
• Strong understanding of CSR program design, financial planning, and impact measurement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Experience:

• 6-10 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years of experience in CSR fundraising and partnerships.
