Role

Customer Account Manager OEM Coated


Location

Mumbai & Bangalore


Purpose - Why does this role exist ?

To handle sales and business development for OEM coated products sales. This includes major customer segments such as

1. Appliance

2. Sandwich Panel

3. PEB manufacturers & Profilers

4.Solar etc.


Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

1. Compliance to Annual Business Plan

2. Increase Share of Business with existing customers

3. Develop new customers & application areas

4. Ensure timely service to customers in coordination with CSD

5. Strictly adhere to credit policy and ensure timely collection of payments


Critical Tasks

MANDATORY- KRAs and Key Activities

1. Develop business plan for the region

2. To provide inputs on key customers and competitors in the region

3. Meet monthly sales targets

4. Credit control on overdue aging

5. Improve customer service levels

6. Potential mapping for the assigned territory

7. Contribute positively to team work

8. 100 % compliance for all MOU customers with respect to signed volume


Decision making authority (Decisions expected)

  • Pricing within guideline
  • Stock levels at yard
  • Delivery commitment based on line availability
  • Complaint management through CCMS process
  • Recommend MoU customers / quantity / deviation

Educational Background and Work Experience

  • B.E in Mech Engg. with 10+ years of work experience in Steel / PEB / Auto component industry
  • Should have prior experience in handling key customer accounts independently
  • Good communication and negotiation skills required.
