JSW Group - Financial Controller - CA

Role & responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Lead the overall Finance & Accounting strategy for JSW GBS aligned with JSW Group vision and business goals.
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on financial performance, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
- Drive GBS maturity roadmap, including expansion of scope, automation, and value-added analytics.
Transformation & Automation :
- Champion digital transformation initiatives (RPA, ERP optimization, analytics, AI).
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including automation, AI, and analytics

Finance & Accounting Oversight :
- Own end-to-end finance operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting as per IND AS, IFRS, and Group policies.
Operations Leadership :
- Lead service delivery for multiple finance towers and other GBS functions (as applicable).
- Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across processes.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management :
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across group companies
- Manage vendor relationships and outsourcing partners
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across internal clients
Preferred candidate profile :
- Chartered Accountant with relevant experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with significant exposure to :
1. Shared Services / GBS / SSC environment
2. Large manufacturing or diversified group
- Strong understanding of leading practices and SAP experience of finance processes
- Experience in large, diversified organizations (manufacturing / industrial preferred)
- Strong exposure to digital transformation and automation initiatives
- Knowledge of at least one of the Steel, Cement, Energy and Infra (Port) businesses
