JSW One Finance - Senior Product Manager - Lending Systems

JSW One Finance is a digital-first NBFC and part of the JSW Group, focused on transforming MSME lending in India. We are building a scalable, compliant, and technology-driven lending ecosystem across Origination, Underwriting, Loan Management, and Collections.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, techno-functional Senior Product Manager who can operate at the intersection of business and technology. This role requires strong ownership of end-to-end system implementation, vendor management, and stakeholder alignment across lending platforms. The ideal candidate has successfully implemented LMS/LOS systems, managed external vendors, and driven large-scale product rollouts in NBFCs, banks, or fintech environments. This is not a strategy-only role - we need someone who can go deep into workflows, APIs, data structures, integrations, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Product Ownership:
- Own the complete product lifecycle: discovery - BRD/PRD - solution design - sprint execution - UAT - Go-live - post-live stabilization.
- Lead implementation and optimization of LMS and Collections systems (mandatory experience).
- Support integrations across LOS, CRM, Accounting, Payment gateways, Bureau, and other third-party systems.
2. Vendor & Implementation Management:
- Lead end-to-end vendor evaluation, selection, implementation, and governance.
- Drive delivery with external system vendors (LMS/LOS/Collections) and integration partners.
- Own scope management, change requests, release planning, and SLA tracking.
- Ensure implementation timelines are met without compromising system quality.
3. Techno-Functional Execution:

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical documentation.
- Define APIs, data flows, system architecture interactions, and integration logic.
- Work closely with engineering teams on sprint planning, solution reviews, and defect resolution.
- Participate actively in UAT, reconciliation testing, accounting validation, and regulatory checks.
4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Collections teams.
- Drive alignment between business goals and system capabilities.
- Bring clarity in ambiguous situations and structure complex problem statements.
- Act as the single point of ownership for system-related decision making.
5. Data, Controls & Governance:
- Ensure system accuracy for interest computation, repayment schedules, NPA tagging, accounting entries, and reporting.
- Drive automation to reduce manual dependency and operational risk.
- Monitor system performance, reconciliation gaps, and control checks.
6. Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior product managers.
- Build structured product practices including documentation standards and release governance.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in Product Management within NBFC, Bank, FinTech, or Lending platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing LMS (mandatory).
- Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle: disbursement, interest calculation, prepayment, foreclosure, NPA, collections, accounting.
- Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data workflows.
- Excellent documentation skills (BRD, PRD, user stories, workflows).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
Good to Have:
- Experience in secured lending (LAP, MSME loans).
- Experience with Salesforce LOS, Pennant LMS, Veefin, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of RBI regulatory requirements for NBFCs.
- Exposure to cloud-based lending systems.
