JSW One - Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - CFO Office

Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Finance & Accounts professional with 12+ years of experience in leading Finance, Accounts, Controllership, Compliance, and strategic CFO Office functions. The incumbent will work closely with the CFO and leadership team to drive financial governance, business planning, reporting excellence, risk management, taxation, and strategic decision-making while ensuring strong financial controls and regulatory compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
CFO Office & Strategic Finance:
- Act as a key partner to the CFO in driving strategic finance initiatives and business growth plans.
- Prepare and present financial insights, board presentations, MIS reports, and management reviews. Support business strategy through financial analysis, scenario planning, and profitability assessments.

- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-range business plans.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and applicable regulations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements.
- Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and financial due diligence activities.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reporting systems.
Financial Controls & Governance:
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance frameworks.
- Identify and mitigate business and financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and internal policies.
- Drive process automation and finance transformation initiatives.
Business Partnering:
- Partner with functional leaders to monitor budgets, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support investment evaluations, capex planning, and business expansion decisions.
- Provide commercial and financial insights for strategic projects and business opportunities.
