What This Position Is About - Purpose
The incumbent must be an experienced finance person who strives for the achievement of business objectives, drives continuous improvement in financial processes, ensures compliance with Operating Guidelines and JTI Policies & Procedures. The person is responsible for the Entity operational activities, month end closing to ensure timely & accurate recognition in financial statements and for delivery of timely financial reporting.
What Will You Do - Responsibilities

• Entity Operational Activities Handle the operational Finance activities of the Dubai Entity, the monthly closing and its requirements Fixed Assets Register, Submission of SRTs, liaise on all bank inquiries relating to day-to-day business operations, Support in P2P processes and ensuring that all accounting transactions are in accordance with the management and statutory requirements
• Entity and Financial Planning & Reporting Support in Dubai Entity planning for all planning cycles. Support in all activities for GCC and Iraq during LE/PMM/ASP

• Internal and External Audit - Responsible for the yearly audit for Dubai Entity and provide all the requested financial data, information and ensuring timely completion of annual external audit.
• Corporate Governance Engage with the Team to solidify and increase internally the awareness on policies and procedures and ensure that the business operates in accordance with JTI Operating guidelines.
• Financial Support Provide structured, full and any ad hoc request support to the Finance Manager and the Team through having a solid financial input on the operations of the company. Support in any initiatives related to Dubai Entity
  

Who Are We Looking For - Requirements

• Holder of a Diploma, Bachelor degree or equivalent Diploma in Accounting/Finance Analitycal
• Minimum two years of experience; ideally experience in FMCG management accounting
• Fluent in English, computer literacy is a must; be confident with IT systems like SAP, TM1. Excellent Excel/Microsoft office skills a necessity.
