Job Title: Sr. Assistant Guest Delight Manager (QSR)

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sr. Assistant Guest Delight Manager to ensure exceptional guest experience in our QSR outlet. The role includes supervising daily operations, handling guest queries, ensuring service quality, managing team performance, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. The candidate will support the restaurant manager in driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve escalated queries.
  
• Monitor service speed, order accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction.
  
• Supervise staff and support training and development.
  
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
  
  
  
• Assist in inventory checks, shift planning, and daily operations.
  

Requirements:

• Experience in QSR/restaurant industry (preferred).
  
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
