(Purpose/ objective of the job Department organogram to be enclosed)
To ensure smooth functioning of the establishment department/ Time office and ensure statutory compliance as per statue.
Key Responsibilities
(Performance Indicators)
- Responsible for the Time Office Function Daily attendance monitoring, leave credits and accounting, leave encashment, providing attendance inputs for pay roll.
- Responsible for providing required inputs for Pay Roll preparation, and to ensure salaries are credited on time for employees to their respective bank account.
- Responsible for maintaining the account of Flexi / LTA component of employees salary and ensure reimbursements as per the entitlements.
- To update attendance based on the ARS data and ensure its authenticity.
- To complete joining formalities of all new joinees and ensure the joining kits are sent to corporate on a weekly basis.
- To ensure the regular updation of various data on records.
- To maintain the personal files and history of the employees.
- To assist in Pay roll preparation activities.

Qualification & Experience
Graduation / Post Graduate with 6-8 years of experience in the field.
Key
Competencies ( Technical, Functional & Behavioral)
- Sound exposure on ERP or like software
- Good Analytical skills
- Good at MS Office : Excel / Power point
