The Role

AI-First Video Production

• Transform Juice-generated scripts and static concepts into finished, platform-ready video ads (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Shorts).
• Build scenes end-to-end using text-to-video, image-to-video, and generative motion pipelines. 
• Maintain visual and narrative continuity across AI-generated shots: consistent characters, lighting, and scene logic.
• Blend AI footage with stock, motion graphics, and minimal live elements into seamless, professional creatives.

Editing & Motion Design

• Craft hooks that stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds, with retention-driven pacing throughout.
• Layer motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, and sound design to elevate every frame.
• Produce multiple variations per script — alternate hooks, pacing cuts, CTA endings — ready for creative testing.
• Deliver platform-native edits optimized for each placement (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).

Prompting & Creative Direction

• Write structured, iterative prompts across the AI stack:
• Video generation: Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, Wan, Veo, 
• Image generation: Midjourney, SDXL, DALL·E, Flux
• Audio: ElevenLabs, Suno, Sarvam 
• Pipelines: ComfyUI, Fal.ai, Luma, Flora 
• Direct AI outputs with the vocabulary of a cinematographer — shot types, lens choices, camera movement, lighting moods — not just make it look cool.

Performance Thinking

• Edit for conversion, not just aesthetics.
• Understand watch-time curves, hook effectiveness, and ad fatigue — and use that knowledge to inform your edits.
• Collaborate with the team to scale winning scripts into multiple video formats and variations.
• Internalize creative testing logic: what to vary, what to hold constant, and why.

Must-have skills

Editing & Motion Craft

• Strong fundamentals in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proficiency with Canva and alternative AI native video editors for rapid iteration.
• Sharp instincts for pacing, rhythm, sound design, and typographic motion.
• Ability to deliver clean, platform-native cuts that feel organic to each feed.

AI & Prompting Fluency

• Hands-on, daily experience with AI video and image generation tools.
• Structured prompting methodology — you document what works and build on it.
• Working knowledge of camera language (shot types, movement, lenses), lighting styles, and visual continuity as applied to AI generation.

Creative & Strategic Instinct

• Strong visual storytelling — you can read a script and see the shots.
• Fluency in performance marketing aesthetics: UGC-style, D2C, testimonial, problem/solution, listicle formats.
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality. Speed is a feature, not a compromise.
