RECRUITER - Specialist For Grey Collar Hiring In UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic "Recruiter" who has UAE experience in Staffing / Recruitment agency with expertise in Gray-collar hiring.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in which 2 years should be from UAE in recruitment within the staffing industry, specializing in sourcing, screening, and hiring workers for industrial, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and related sectors.

• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements and company standards.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled workers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including client interaction.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and staffing regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
• Participate in job fairs, community outreach programs, and recruitment drives.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment within a staffing firm.
• Strong understanding of gray-collar job roles, labor market trends, and hiring challenges.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment efficiently.
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and hiring regulations related to blue-collar staffing.
