End-User and Endpoint Support
-Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and IP phones across all JUMBO CUSTOMER S locations.
-Set up devices, install software, perform OS patching, and support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
-Assist with user account management tasks, such as account creation, password resets, and basic access issues under L2 guidance.
-Troubleshoot common issues with web-based and productivity applications and escalate complex problems as necessary.
