HR Coordinator - Employee Engagement

What role you will play in team: You will support the HR team in developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.

What you will do: You'll conduct surveys, organize employee events, and analyze data to understand employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.

Key responsibility:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
• Conducting employee surveys and analyzing results
• Organizing and coordinating employee events and activities

  Creating communication materials to promote engagement initiatives
• Tracking engagement metrics and reporting on progress
• Collaborating with other HR team members to improve employee experience

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
