Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will support the HR team in developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.
What you will do: You'll conduct surveys, organize employee events, and analyze data to understand employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
Key responsibility:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Conducting employee surveys and analyzing results
- Organizing and coordinating employee events and activities
- Creating communication materials to promote engagement initiatives
- Tracking engagement metrics and reporting on progress
- Collaborating with other HR team members to improve employee experience
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
